Welcome to the website of AeroIGM Global Charters Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree, you should not use this website.

  1. General Use
    • By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
    • The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.
  1. Nature of Services
    • AeroIGM Global Charters Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a facilitator of charter services provided by third-party charter carriers (“Service Providers”).
    • We are not a registered carrier and do not own, operate, or manage any aircraft, yachts, or other charter vessels.
    • Any responsibility or liability for the charter services provided by third parties lies solely with the respective Service Provider. We will not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from their services.
    • All bookings made through us are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Service Provider, which will be provided during the booking process.
  1. Booking and Payments
    • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
    • To confirm a reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required, as outlined during the booking process.
    • Payment terms, including methods and deadlines, will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in cancellation of the booking.
  1. Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellation terms will vary based on the specific charter agreement with the Service Provider. Details will be provided during the booking process.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy specified in your agreement with the Service Provider.
    • AeroIGM Global Charters Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to deduct applicable administrative or cancellation fees.
    • The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel or delay the commencement or continuance of the carrier service, alter the stopping place, deviate from the route of journey, or change the type of selected carrier in use without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the Passenger(s) or any other person on any ground whatsoever. Clients are obligated to adhere to the departure time mentioned in the itinerary, and failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.
    • In case of postponement of services, we cannot guarantee alternate arrangements, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
  1. Force Majeure
    • AeroIGM Global Charters Pvt. Ltd. and its Service Providers shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, war, strikes, pandemics, unfavorable weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    • In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule the service or provide alternative arrangements; however, refunds are subject to the policies of the respective Service Provider.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    • AeroIGM Global Charters Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as an aggregator and facilitator of charter services. We are not liable for:
      • Any loss, damage, or injury caused during the charter service.
      • Operational failures, delays, or cancellations by the Service Provider.
      • Any changes to airport or departure timings or delays caused by technical snags or unfavorable weather conditions. 
    • Any claims, disputes, or issues arising from the charter service must be addressed directly with the Service Provider.
    • Customers are solely responsible for making alternate arrangements in case of delays or cancellations. Although we will try our best to assist, we do not guarantee the availability of such arrangements. 
    • Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the fees paid to AeroIGM Global Charters Pvt. Ltd. for facilitating the booking.
  1. Charter Services
    • The charter services include access to yachts, catamarans, or other vessels as specified during the booking.
    • For international flights, services may include but are not limited to permit facilitation, ground handling, hotel setup, flight planning, airport fees, port fees, third-party airport fees, third-party port fees, basic handling, night operation fees, supervision fee, landing fee, parking fee, towing assistance, navigation, security (per passenger), boarding fee (per passenger), ramp light (if used), approach fee, follow-me services, general aviation terminal use, general carrier terminal use, passenger tax, passenger apron tax, passenger departure fee, VIP service agent fees, other handling charges, and crew stay arrangements.
    • Any changes to the agreed itinerary or additional services requested will incur extra charges, which must be paid on demand by the customer. 
    • Customers are responsible for any prolonged halts during the charter service, including extended watch hours, and will be required to pay associated costs on demand, such as watch hour extension charges at airports.
    • AeroIGM Global Charters Pvt. Ltd. and its Service Providers shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from prolonged halts, watch hour extensions, or operational delays caused by technical snags, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. 
    • Guests must adhere to all safety and conduct guidelines provided onboard.
  1. Indemnification
    • By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AeroIGM Global Charters Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the services, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or violation of any third-party rights.
  1. Intellectual Property
    • All content, including text, images, logos, and design elements, on this website is the property of AeroIGM Global Charters Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under copyright laws.
    • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.
  1. Privacy
    • By using this website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal data.
